The Brag Plate is our simplest intervention. To create a Brag Plate, parents track new foods tasted or new interactions with foods, then once a week create home-made stickers for the child to put on the plate in a special ceremony. This activity has proved very popular with therapists, children, and parents. It can be used in one-on-one therapy, at home, or in a classroom setting.
